Key Statements
The Bible is a romance, in the most pure and the most holy sense,
of a universal couple—God in Christ as the Bridegroom
and God’s redeemed people as the bride—
the goal of the Lord’s recovery.
The Lord’s primary work in the recovery
is His genuine work to prepare us to be His glorious bride;
apart from the continual, dispositional sanctification
spoken of in Ephesians 5:26,
there is no way for the bride to be prepared and, hence,
no way for Revelation 19:7-9 to be fulfilled.
As used in the New Testament, the word mature refers
to the believers’ being full-grown
and perfected in the life of Christ,
which they received at the time of regeneration.
The Lord’s recovery is for the preparation of the bride of Christ;
ultimately, we will be conformed to be the wonderful Shulammite,
who, as the duplication of Solomon,
is the greatest and ultimate figure of the New Jerusalem
as the counterpart, the bride, of Christ.
- For the North America Coworkers’ Meeting:
The North America Coworkers’ Meeting is currently being held both in person in Phoenix, Arizona, and online via Zoom. Please pray that the Lord would speak and lead among the coworkers for the advancement of His recovery in North America, unto the preparation of the Bride of Christ.
- 3. For the saints in Torrance who are ill or have lost loved onesfor the sake of His divine interests (Christ, the kingdom of God, and the house of God).
1) Brother Hak Nam was recently diagnosed with a stomach tumor, which is a precancerous condition. Surgery to remove it has been scheduled for June2, 2025.
In addition, he has been diagnosed with two other health issues: heart problems and hernia. He is undergoing a heart examination over two days, on May 27 and 28. His hernia surgery has not yet been scheduled.
2) Prayer for a Safe Baby Delivery:
Due to the baby’s position, Sister Katrin is scheduled to have a C-section this Thursday (5/29/25). Please pray for the safe delivery of Branden and Katrin’s baby and for Katrin’s swift recovery.
3) Brother Tim Rambach had an ultrasound-guided biopsy on May 5, and the examined breast tissue was determined to be non-cancerous. However, he underwent surgery today to remove all the tissue for a more thorough analysis. The test results will be available on June 4, 2025.
Please pray that the Lord, the true Physician, would care for them and grant healing through His all-sufficient grace, enabling them to experience and enjoy Christ throughout every medical procedure.
- For the vitalizing of all the saints and the carrying out of the God-ordained way for the increase of the church in Torrance:
Pray that the contacting of the people and the gaining of the seeking ones in the Torrance area through gospel preaching and the distribution of Bibles with the ministry books would be blessed and be fruitful for the increase of Christ inwardly and outwardly.
“You did not choose Me, but I chose you, and I set you that you should go forth and bear fruit and that your fruit should remain…” [John 15:16]
- For the gospel work at ELCO (El Camino College):
Please pray that the Lord will bless the Bible study on the campus and gain some remaining fruit for His Body.
- For the young people and children to be preservedfrom the present evil age and gained by the Lord for His purpose.
- For the Lord’s Move to Asia & Africa:
Bangladesh: Pray for the translation of the New Testament Recovery Version and the ministry books into Bengali.
Tajikistan: Pray for the saints to have wisdom in distributing spiritual books, so that His Words may be sown as seed.
Cambodia: Pray for college students who are seeking for the truth to be gained on campuses in Phnom Penh and for the number of college-age saints to reach 20.
Vietnam: Pray that the serving saints would have the spirit of wisdom and revelation, a sober mind, and good health, so that the translation of the Old Testament may be completed soon.
* Pray that the Lord may have a way in the following countries/region without the Lord’s testimony: Afghanistan, Iraq, Maldives, North Korea, Palestine, Syria, Turkmenistan and Yemen.
