- Requesting Hospitality:
There is a young brother (24 years old) from the churches in Chicago and Nashville, currently on a road trip through the West. His destination is the Full-Time Training in Anaheim, where he will be starting his first term this fall. He plans to make a few final stops in the SoCal area, including Torrance. He wants to know if there might be any hospitality available between July 30th and August 7th. If you are willing to give him hospitality between July 30th and August 7th, please contact brother Ezra Paik via text message (714-345-1079).
- Special Prayer Request for the Lord’s Move in Russia:
“The Appeal court in its resolution on July 30 confirmed the previous ruling of the lower court to recognize the Recovery version ‘an extremist publication,’ except for the Bible text. Our lawyers intend to file a further complaint to a higher court. A more detailed update from us may follow in the next few days. Please keep praying for the Lord’s best will regarding His recovery in the Russian-speaking countries.”

- SoCal Labor Day Conference Cancellation Announcement:
“With regrets we wish to inform you that a decision has just been reached not to hold a conference for the Southern California churches during the coming Labor Day weekend.
After considering a limited number of venues that might be available on that weekend for the anticipated number of participants, it became apparent that none of those venues offer adequate space for the conference meetings and for on-site care for the children so that more of the parents can attend the conference in person.
We continue to feel strongly that an annual blending conference among the saints in Southern California on Labor Day weekend is greatly desirable, and we do look to the Lord to grant us the most suitable facility for such a conference next year.
The grace of Lord be with you all.

- General Services for the month of August 2025:
English and Spanish-speaking saints will serve in four designated areas:
1) Lord’s Table Set-up, 2) Love Feast Set-up, 3) Kitchen Clean-up, and 4) Hall Cleaning.
* Please remember to clean building #2 as well, except for the children’s meeting room.
- Church website:
Our newly updated church website, http://ChurchinTorrance.org, has recently been launched. It is not yet complete or perfect, but we will continue to improve and develop it little by little. More details about the website will be introduced later.
Please pray that the Lord will bless and use our church website for us to experience and enjoy the All-inclusive Christ more, and for outside seekers to have greater accessibility to the divine and deeper truths.
- New Entry and Exit System for the Meeting Hall:
As we have announced several times, for the safety of the saints and according to the recommendation of the City of Lomita, the gate on 241st Street will be used only for entering, and the gate on Narbonne Avenue will be used only for exiting.
Please DO NOT exit through the gate on 241st Street.
Please be aware that when exiting through the Narbonne Avenue gate, you must make a right turn only. Turning left is not only unsafe, but also illegal due to the presence of a solid yellow center line, which may not be crossed.
Also, you should not park in the right-hand passage leading to the Narbonne Ave gate. However, you may park on the opposite (left-hand) side, as one half of the gate will be open while the other half will always remain closed.
- Visitors and New Ones cards:
We’ve prepared visitors and new ones cards for our records and further contact purposes. We kindly request that all the visitors and new ones fill it out and put it into the small box on the table at the entrance.
