1. Holy Word for Morning Revival: This week, we will be enjoying Week #1 message, “The Blessedness of Being Poor in Spirit and Pure in Heart That We May Be under Christ’s Heavenly Ruling as Our New King and That We May See God to Express Him in His Life and Represent Him with His Authority” from a new HWMR book, “Crucial Aspects of Matthew 5 Through 7”. These messages were given during September 2025 ITERO (The International Training for Elders and Responsible Ones) held in Klang, Malaysia.
2. The 2026 International Chinese-speaking Blending Conference ended yesterday gloriously under the heavenly blessing and rich dispensing of the Triune God.

3. Brother Joseph Malet passed away to be with the Lord on February 10, 2026. Please pray that the Father of compassion and God of all comfort, Who comforts us in all our affliction, comforts sister Cece and the family in this difficult time.
The memorial meeting for our brother will be held on March 7, 2026 at the Torrance meeting hall. More details will be announced later.
4. Resumption of the Young People Service/Meeting in Torrance:
Three years after the resumption of the children’s service/meeting, through the leading of the Spirit, we began to prepare for the resumption of the YP service/meeting in Torrance through fellowship and coordination.
The tentative target date for the YP meeting was February 22, but this will be delayed a little depending on the progress of the preparation. We plan to hold an orientation session for the YP serving ones and parents before the official resumption of the YP meeting.
Please pray that the Lord would be the wisdom and the way for the coordinating brothers.
Please pray that the Lord blesses the YP service/meeting in Torrance to raise up the next generation for His recovery.
5. The Truth Sets Us Free—Second Webinar:
There will be a second webinar (a seminar held on the web) for all the churches in North America hosted by BfA (Bibles for America) on February 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. In this webinar brother Minoru C. will share the continued burden regarding The Truth Sets US Free. Other saints will share reports and encouraging testimonies. Translation into Spanish will be provided.
John 8:32 says, “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.”
Isa. 55:11 says, “So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me vainly, But it will accomplish what I delight in, And it will prosper in the matter to which I have sent it.”
6. Local Participation in The Truth Sets US Free (TSUF).
We, the church in Torrance, will actively participate in preaching the gospel and spreading the high truths both locally and regionally. We will preach the complete gospel to unbelievers and minister the deeper truths to seekers in our area as one team, regardless of language, in a blended way with strong one accord. We ask for your prayers and participation for this matter.
7. General Services for the month of February 2026: English & Spanish-speaking saints will serve in four designated areas:
1) Lord’s Table Set-up, 2) Love Feast Set-up, 3) Kitchen Clean-up, and 4) Hall Cleaning.
* Please remember to clean building #2 as well, except for the children’s meeting room.
8. Delays in Weekly Newsletter and Prayer Ministry Emails:
Recently, we have been experiencing technical issues with sending out the weekly church newsletter and Prayer Ministry emails of the church in Torrance through our Gmail account. As a result, many saints have been receiving these emails several hours late.
To resolve this issue, please note that the weekly newsletter and prayer requests are currently posted on the church website by early Monday evening and early Tuesday evening, respectively. Therefore, if you do not receive these emails on time, please visit the church website at https://churchintorrance.org.
9. Bible Reading Scheduler:
Living Stream Ministry has developed a website that can be used to create a schedule for reading the Holy Bible Recovery Version regularly in several different ways. The scheduler is located at “schedule.recoveryversion.bible”. A schedule created on this website can be used to read the Bible without footnotes in addition to reading the New Testament with footnotes according to the schedule.
If we read the Word of God regularly, we will become what we read (see CWWL, 1977, vol. 1, pp. 6-7).
