- Holy Word for Morning Revival:
This week we will be enjoying Week #4 message “The Resurrected, Ascended, and All-inclusive Christ” from “One Accord and Crucial Aspects of the Book of Acts.” These messages were given during the April International Training for Elders and Responsible Ones in Anaheim.
- Blending visit from Los Angeles:
About 25 Korean-speaking saints from the church in Los Angeles, especially from the Hall One, will visit us to blend in the One Body of Christ next Lord’s Day, September 7. Please bring more food than usual for this blending feast.
- Southern California Young People (SCYP) Blending Meeting in Arcadia:
On September 13 there will be an SCYP blending meeting in Arcadia. This meeting will be conducted in two sessions: an afternoon session from 4:30 to 6:00 P.M. in four separate age groups, and an evening session from 7:00 to 8:30 P.M. with all ages together. Dinner will be included between meetings. The donation is $10 per person.
- Church in Pasadena Meeting Hall:
The church in Pasadena is purchasing a meeting hall. The remaining financial need is $1.1 million to complete the purchase. If you would like to donate for their meeting hall, you may do so through the church in Torrance. Your offering should be designated for “Pasadena Meeting Hall”.
- 2025-2026 Church Addresses Book:
The 2025-2026 Church Addresses book is now available for purchase.
The cost is $6 plus shipping fees. This book contains contact information for the churches in the United States, U.S. Territories, Canada, Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean; for entities related to the work in the Lord’s recovery (such as LSM, LME, BfA, DCP, etc.); and for localities where saints are meeting but not yet taking the Lord’s table. If you want to purchase it, please contact sister Jeanette.
- General Services for the month of September 2025:
Korean-speaking saints will serve in four designated areas:
1) Lord’s Table Set-up, 2) Love Feast Set-up, 3) Kitchen Clean-up, and 4) Hall Cleaning.
* Please remember to clean building #2 as well, except for the children’s meeting room.
- Church website:
Our newly updated church website, http://ChurchinTorrance.org, has recently been launched. It is not yet complete or perfect, but we will continue to improve and develop it little by little. More details about the website will be introduced later.
Please pray that the Lord will bless and use our church website for us to experience and enjoy the All-inclusive Christ more, and for outside seekers to have greater accessibility to the divine and deeper truths.
- New Entry and Exit System for the Meeting Hall:
As we have announced several times, for the safety of the saints and according to the recommendation of the City of Lomita, the gate on 241st Street will be used only for entering, and the gate on Narbonne Avenue will be used only for exiting.
Please DO NOT exit through the gate on 241st Street.
Please be aware that when exiting through the Narbonne Avenue gate you must make a right turn only. Turning left is not only unsafe, but also illegal due to the presence of a solid yellow center line, which may not be crossed.
Also, you should not park in the right-hand passage leading to the Narbonne Ave gate. However, you may park on the opposite (left-hand) side, as one half of the gate will be open while the other half will always remain closed.
- Visitors and New Ones cards:
We’ve prepared visitors and new ones cards for our records and further contact purposes. We kindly request that all the visitors and new ones fill it out and put it into the small box on the table at the entrance.
